2. Scope of Legal Translation Services

Fimkin provides certified legal translation, document attestation, notarization guidance, interpretation, and localization services across the UAE.

• Translations are performed by translators approved and licensed by the UAE Ministry of Justice (MOJ) where required for government, embassy, or court filings.
• The client is responsible for providing clear, legible source documents and original spelling of personal names in official languages.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Payment

Quotations provided by Fimkin are based on word count, document complexity, language pairs, and turnaround speed. Official translation work commences upon client approval and receipt of agreed advance payment or official purchase order.

4. Revisions & Quality Guarantee

We strive for absolute linguistic precision and legal compliance. In the unlikely event of typographic or formatting discrepancies, client revisions requested within 14 days of delivery will be corrected free of charge, provided no alterations were made to the original source text.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All rights, titles, and interests in translated output remain the property of the client upon full payment settlement. All client source files and translated documents are kept in absolute confidence under NDA standards.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi courts.
